What we collect
Account information (name, email) and the inputs you provide when generating a custom document. We collect privacy-friendly, aggregate usage analytics to understand which content is useful.
Document inputs & data minimization
We collect only the information needed to generate your document. Personal information you enter for a one-off generation is deleted after the document is delivered, unless you save the document to your account. We do not use your document content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in.
Analytics & advertising
We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to measure page usage. Public pages may display third-party advertising (e.g., Google AdSense), which may set cookies and use identifiers. Where required (including in the UK and EU), we request your consent before non-essential cookies are set, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
AI interaction disclosure
Some features are powered by artificial intelligence. Where you interact with an AI feature, we disclose that the content is AI-assisted.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing (under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA, and comparable laws in Australia and New Zealand). To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page.
Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and delete one-off generation inputs after delivery. Saved documents are retained until you delete them or close your account.
