Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using PropoDoc (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Self-help tools, not advice
PropoDoc is not a law firm, accounting firm, or other professional-services firm, and does not provide legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. The templates, examples, guides, and AI-generated documents are self-help informational tools only and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.
3. No professional relationship
Your use of the Service does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship, and no communications through the Service are privileged. We do not review your inputs for legal sufficiency or apply the law to your specific facts.
4. AI assistance
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to help draft documents. AI output reflects the information you provide, may contain errors, and must be reviewed by you for accuracy and suitability. AI-assisted content is disclosed as such where applicable.
5. Acceptable use
You may use documents you create for your own lawful business or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the PropoDoc library itself, scrape the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Accounts, credits & payments
Some features require an account and paid credits. Credits are consumed when you generate or export custom documents. Fees are stated at the point of purchase. Failed generations do not consume credits.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service and all documents are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropoDoc’s total liability arising from your use of the Service or any document is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify PropoDoc against claims arising from your use of the Service or any document you create, edit, or distribute.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
